Delivery standard
Before build starts, the following are agreed in writing:
Final payment is due only when the agreed scope is delivered. This prevents surprises on both sides.
This is a fixed scope, fixed price build designed to ship. Not:
Delivery is within 30 days from project start, assuming the agreed scope and timely client feedback. If content, approvals, or scope changes are delayed, the timeline adjusts accordingly.
Proceed with the build or walk away. If you proceed, the £250 spec fee is refunded in full. If not, you keep the spec and can build it internally or take it elsewhere.
Yes. You can be walked through a recent build and the architecture at a high level. Proprietary implementation details are not shared.
Interactive web products, campaign experiences, internal tools, paid micro products, and MVPs polished enough to sell.
Optional. Post-launch improvements can be handled via a monthly retainer or small batched releases.
Robert is a dual US and UK citizen with three decades at the intersection of software development and international business.
His track record includes TaskForce 2000 — a Y2K compliance product built and shipped at scale — and AuditWizard, an enterprise software product deployed by over 15,000 large corporations globally. AuditWizard ran for 18 years, sustained entirely by repeat business from the same client base.
After three decades operating at that level, Robert is now semi-retired and highly selective. He works directly with founders, agencies, and established businesses who want to own a digital product — without the risk, the hidden ongoing costs, or the development cycles that consume most of the budget before anything ships.
In software, there’s a principle: if it’s going to fail, fail fast and move. A tightly scoped build with a defined finish line will always outperform an open-ended project that drifts.
That principle is not a shortcut — it is the result of 30 years of refinement. A fixed scope, fixed price, and a 30-day window forces the clarity that most projects never achieve.
This is the process. This is what you are hiring.
